Kansas City Plaza Lights – Milk Chocolate Bulb

Here in Kansas City, we boast the nation’s first designed urban shopping district, The Country Club Plaza; its old-world architecture (patterned after our sister city of Seville, Spain) has been attracting visitors for well over 80 years. For the Holiday season, we make our gem shine even brighter by adorning all of the Plaza’s buildings with colorful lights, a tradition started in 1925 with a single strand of 16 lights. This year over 200,000 lights will burst into color throughout the Plaza and as any Kansas Citian will tell you, the Holiday season here begins the moment the Plaza Lights go on.
