Annedore’s is excited to take you back to class. Join us for an evening of friends, fun and a little bit of fuss as our next series focuses on the art of making the French macaron. A macaron (not to be confused with a macaroon) is a sweet meringue-based confection made with egg white, powdered sugar and almond flour. As it is known today, the French macaron is composed of two almond meringue discs filled with a layer of buttercream, jam, curd or ganache.
